“Enneagram Basics for Adults” What is the Enneagram? The Enneagram (from Greek: ennea = 9 and gram = something written or recorded) is an ancient framework that describes diverse human personalities and the direct connection between these personalities and each individual’s spiritual essence. By studying this system with honesty toward oneself, one can uncover their personality type, leading to greater self-awareness and understanding of how to utilize this knowledge for personal growth. It also helps improve communication with others, enabling respect for the unique perspectives and beliefs each personality type brings to the world. He is also one of the translators of the book “Principles of the Enneagram,” which participants will receive during the session!
